How to prepare for exams ? …Reduce your exam Anxiety!!!!

Worrying never provide solutions, but working provide solutions .

These are the #exams days , and if you worry that  only few days are left … You are not able to prepare … Having fast heart beat …..bad dreams……#fearofexam syndrome .

Dear Students here i am providing few tips 

1. Don’t think in terms of days , but think in terms of hours i.e. One day = 24 hours.

2. Start preparing from easiest portion , it will boost up your confidence .

3.have 6 hr of sleep ( 5 hr in night and 1 hr in a day ) , for good working condition of your mind.

4. Eat more and more raw food , like salad etc.

5. Listen less music . It slows down your speed of studies by relaxing it . You need a alert and working mind .

6.Reduce frequency of interactions with other friends . Save your time and energy for exam preprations.

7.Try to solve few sample papers.

8.Take help of subject expert for recognising most frequently asked portion of topic.

Always remember-

“Prepare according to #examiner point of view not from #student point of view”.

Education is the responsibility of our society ..!!

गुरु गोविन्द दोउ खड़े , काके लागूं पायं !बलिहारी गुरु आपने , जिन गोविन्द दिया दिखाय !

As we all know #Teaching is a noble profession , but still it was never considered as Primary #career by our youth. 

This is a general perception that a child first of should try to become either a #doctor or an IIT’n . If he can’t get any other line , then the last option is to become a teacher .

I think this illusion is also created by us through our education system.

We have lots of stories in kids book mentioning -“एक ग़रीब अध्यापक , सिर्फ़ एक कुर्ते पायजमे मैं खड़ा ” … दूसरी तरफ़ doctor and enjeenier शानो शौकत की ज़िंदगी जीता है ”

 This kind of thinking require to be reviewed by new horizons . Such books need urgent editing .

Teacher is the life builder . Thoughts seeded by him in a child makes his/her personality .

Our government should increase the life status of a teacher. #Workplaces of a teacher should be well maintained and glorious.Selection of teachers and politicians must be scientific and competitive. Because politicians make policies and teachers prepare #bureaucrat .

Celebrating only 5th September can never glorify this profession . 

Schools also need big reforms – 

1.Examination system should be child centred.

2.Education should be for personality as well as intellectual development .

3.Libraries should be upgraded.

4.Teacher’s Motivation should be a regular practice , in terms of appreciation etc.

    “Only a motivated teacher can motivate other students”

5.Present grading system is not meant to evaluate students , it is to evaluate teachers … it require immediate change.

Education is not the sole responsibility of teachers. 

Educational activities must be enhanced by our media and all the segments of society.

 #NDTV’s initiative is really a noble Initiative. I personally appreciate their work for improving infrastructure and quality education in India.

Our PICS Institute also provide education to less privileged section of society free of coast or at very low coast . We every year select 10 students and support them for noble cause.
